Paul had to take a business trip to the Washington, D.C., and I (Bobo) went with him. He flew into Philadelphia and a friend picked him up at the airport and gave him a tour. It was the first time Paul and I had been there (although I stayed in the car during the tour). With the mass of people waiting to see the Liberty Bell (we stood in line perhaps an hour), we actually got a really good picture of the Liberty Bell. We spent the weekend with Paul’s college friends, then Monday morning Paul and I took the train down to D.C. We did make a stop at one of my old favorites, Blooms Broom Dairy.
